1. Returns & Replacement Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:

• The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with the original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumable products such as lamination pouches, printer cartridges, binding coils, customized products, and bulk orders cannot be returned unless they are received damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

• Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
• Share your Order ID along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Our team will verify the request and provide further instructions.
• After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available or guide you on returning the product to our Bengaluru office.

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through NEFT or UPI to the customer's bank account.

4. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes inspection.

• Replacement orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, customers may request a return according to this policy after delivery, if applicable.
